Cacao and tahini is definitely one of those perfect food duos. This chocolatey bowl makes for a perfect breakfast treat, satisfying your sweet cravings whilst giving you a healthy energy boost at the start of your day!



  • Heat the oats and plant milk in a pan on a medium/low heat, stirring all the time
  • Slice the banana in half and mash one half of it
  • Add the mashed banana, tahini, cacao and sweetener to the pan (also adding more liquid if needed)
  • Slice the other half of the banana, coat it with cinnamon and a little sweetener and microwave for 30 seconds
  • Once the oats are cooked, serve in a bowl with the caramelised banana, an extra drizzle of tahini and a small handful of hazelnuts
