Activated Hazelnut Butter
We source the best quality Hazelnuts which to activate we long-soak in vortex revitalized water and gently dehydrate below 47c. Then we use a granite stonegrinder to cold process whilst preserving nutrients and flavour. This ancient milling method produces luxurious smooth high quality spread. The whole process takes about a week! We really go that extra mile taking no short cuts to create the best spreads.
